Paparazzi - Gazing the stars a little over the top?

It all began with the death of Diana that brought about the new-found awareness of the paparazzi and its fatal pursuit of celebrities for some shots. The flash of their cameras are literally no less than shooting the stars and intruding their privacy while never knowing where to draw the line. The world-over release of Kareena-Shahid’s intimate moment as well as their their split and now, the coverage of her and beau Saif is yet another dimension that needs rectification. The play with emotions and celebrity’s personal life may be a very juicy flash of news but keeping in mind the human aspect, is it worth the pain? Is it any of our business or is it that important for us to know so to let them get hounded by these herds of photographers? Britney’s plight is sheer maladjustment to her fame and public eye has ruined the mental state of many a celebrities. Do they not have a right to have a life of their own? What do you think?

Ethics are almost nonexistent in the paparazzi’s resolve to intrude upon the celeb’s private lives and make their life hell for that one shot of the celebrities’ private lives. Though some may argue that this is an eventuality or byproduct of fame. I choose to disagree. Everybody, celebrities or commoners, need their space and time and the paparazzi’s actions infuriate me and are indeed very despicable.

Indeed, as a citizen of this or just about any other country they deserve the right to be on their own. It is bad enough they cannot go out and buy their own grocery or take a walk in the beach or park that now they have to put up with some photographers monitoring their every move. From Ash-Abhi wedding when one camera got perpetually installed outside their door to the fact that the car got stranded and they couldnt reach on time for the religious ceremony, paparazzi has got to learn where to stop. Now they are on a spree of clicking the kids of celebs, now how different really, do JLOs kids look from Britney or halle berrys that one has to spend whopping millions to take one look at them!!

One more point worth mentioning is about the celebrities shamelessly selling their private lives to the media, and that too for obscene prices. The highly publicised Liz Taylor-Arun Nayar wedding, Jamie Spears’s teen pregnancy news sold to a hollywood tabloid, etc are the awful examples of the aforementioned statement. I could go on but the celebrities’ uncouth behaviour also is partly responsible for this oft repeating fiasco’s.

Truly, celebs are already rolling in big bucks I dont understand why do they need to dirty their hands in such activities, I wonder what are they even going to do with so much other doubling it at another publicly splitting or getting together events!

The start of the issue is definitely with that of Diana..and it is a well established fact that the paparazzi dont know where to draw the line. The britney spears issue is really sad.. once a sweetheart of all eyes sufferring such a sad plight just because of some money for some shots..as per indian celebrities are concerned it has been said that they sometimes use the paparazzi for their cause. the stint pulled by rakhi sawant on valentine’s day is the cheapest thing i have ever saw..but on the whole evry person have the right to privacy.. there’s no denying that..
